Darn :( I came here chasing the school-age high of finishing my reading goal and then treating myself to pizza, and I was really disappointed. I wasn't expecting Cici's to be *great*, but I was hoping to have a bunch of okay pizza and be a happy camper. First, I came in with a group of 4 adults. The board says the adult buffet price is $10.99 (so should be about $44 for 4 people), but our total came to $60 somehow? We weren't asked if we wanted drinks or any extras, so I'm not sure if there's different lunch and dinner prices and they weren't updated or something. The pizza was less-than-okay. There was only 4 or 5 kinds of pizza available at any given time, and they didn't have any signage or labels, so I wound up accidentally eating some kind of ranch pizza that just looked like pepperoni pizza. The cheesy bread had some cinnamon-sugar taste to it like they use on the desserts, like the pan or work surface wasn't clean between different recipes. Even the soda wasn't very good, like the fountain wasn't using enough syrup. We were all just kind of picking at stuff and being bummed out about how much it cost. First and foremost, I’m going to be that person who says I’ve been eating at Cicis for over 25 years, and sadly, this location is just disappointing. We’ve visited this location three times over the past two years, and every time it has been gross and run down. The arcade is a huge part of the experience for kids, but more than half the games were out of service. Several of the few that did work were missing balls, pucks, or other pieces needed to actually play. It’s frustrating that customers can still load money onto arcade cards only to find out there really isn’t much for the kids to do. Most of the staff was friendly, but one employee behind the counter was making rude comments about someone who had custom-ordered a pizza, calling them “gross” and “weird.” When I told her she was talking about my wife, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Unfortunately, this location is not the fun, enjoyable Cicis I grew up with. I wanted my child to have that same kind of experience, but instead, each visit has been a letdown.

When we are in the area my kiddos love to dine at Cici's pizza. It wasn't busy at the time we dined but the floors & tables were all dirty. I feel that this location would benefit from a deep clean. The plate drop off station was overflowing with dirty plates and silverware. The pizza offerings were sparse and trickled out very slowly. The desserts are one of my favorite parts about Cici's but on this visit the brownies were hard and dry. The beverage station was not worth the $3 a drink because almost all of the soda syrups needed changed. I finally found a flavor that worked on my fourth try. The stars are higher because the staff service is good. They greet you as you enter with a smile and bonus they will kindly make you a pizza flavor if you request. So we did get my kids' favorite Mac & Cheese pizza. Make sure to request your favorite pizza as soon as you arrive so they can cook it before you have to leave. I want this location to succeed so we have a Cici's to visit.

This Cici’s location is by far the best one we’ve ever visited. Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff was constantly wiping tables, sweeping, and making sure the restaurant stayed spotless. What really stood out was the customer service — employees came to our table to ask if we wanted extra cheese or a specialty pizza, and they even insisted on taking our plates when we were finished. The manager was especially friendly and helpful. I made sure to compliment him because the last time we visited about a year ago, the restaurant was a complete mess. The difference now is unbelievable. He and his staff are doing an amazing job, and it truly shows!

Amanda was awesome, definitely the best cicis pizza experience I’ve ever had. Cici’s pizza in Pensacola is built different! Thank you guys for hosting such a big crew on such a short notice.
